FTIFA UK - PRO EXPERIENCE

FTIFA Pro Experience provides an elite player development programme based at the clubs £10 million state of the art training complex Poolfoot Farm home of the first team and academy. Players will be immersed into a full time training and games programme which aims to develop and educate each individual on the complexities of the modern day game.

POOLFOOT FARM

FTIFA players will train alongside the Fleetwood Town FC first, development and academy teams. The £10m facilities were opened by the legendary former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson on April 2016 & feature the following:

  • Three world class grass pitches.
  • Two FIFA 2-star grade 4G pitches.
  • Air Dome for indoor training.
  • Four FC red 5-a-side pitches.
  • Club Restaurant
  • Ten changing room facilities including showers.
  • First team & academy analysts that FTIFA players will also have access to.
  • Club meeting rooms.
  • Classrooms – Multi-use for analysis sessions, nutrition lessons, upcoming fixture preparation and much more.

RYAN VAUGHAN

Chief Operations Officer (FTIFA) Ryan oversees all our international programmes globally through our Fleetwood Football Group. Ryan is an A Licence Coach with experience Coaching and Scouting for over 12 years at Liverpool FC, Fleetwood Town FC, Preston North End and Blackpool FC. Ryan has a track record of developing and supporting players through there playing journey throughout the years.

MICHAEL O’NEILL

Lead FTIFA Coach & Academy Scout. Mike has a wealth of experience in coaching and scouting at various different clubs which include Liverpool FC, Fleetwood Town FC, and Blackpool FC. Mike is currently the Chairman of Kendal Town FC and also holds the UEFA B Licence.

MICHAEL HORSFALL

International Academy Manager & Safeguarding Lead. Mick has 11 years experience of coaching at Fleetwood Town FC. He has worked between the ages of Under 9s to Under 18s while supporting some of our academy graduates. Mick is a UEFA B licence coach in football and futsal with a wealth of experience of working abroad.
