PRO EXPERIENCE
FTIFA Pathways Pro Experience provides an elite player development programme based at Fleetwood Town’s state of the art training complex, Poolfoot Farm, which is home to the first team and academy. Players will be immersed into a full time training and games programme which aims to develop and educate each individual on the complexities of the modern day game.

SEASON PRO
The FTIFA Season Pro programme enables players to join us for a full season of fully-focused football development. This programme provides players with the perfect opportunity to take major steps in improving all areas necessary to make a career in professional football, from the technical, tactical, emotional and physical aspects of the game.

FTIFA education programme
Experience FTIFA’s unique Study & Play pathway, where ambitious student-athletes train inside a professional football environment while progressing through recognised higher education. Delivered with Blackpool and The Fylde College, accredited by Lancaster University, the programme blends four days of elite training with two days of academic study towards a CertHE in Business Management.
